The project consisted of redeveloping commercial tracts in South Orange County to support two new car dealerships. Spanning an area of 29 acres, Appian designed the infrastructure for a total building square footage of 68,000 square feet and enough parking to support 1,500 inventory vehicles.

The Marquee student housing project was originally permitted as the Villages of Camelot and consists of two 6-story parking garages and 1,531 beds. It was constructed in two phases and is located across the street from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
Florida Hospital Celebration Health is a 61-acre medical center located in Osceola County, Florida. The facility serves 237 hospital beds with over 300,000 square feet of medical offices and an advanced surgical training facility at The Nicholson Center for Surgical Advancement.
