THE APPIAN WAY
Coordination and time management with the client, architect, and site contractor.
Successfully working within a very tight time frame for permitting for site and building construction.
Appian Engineering worked within a very tight time frame for permitting on this project and came through for the client. This project involved tasks such as a special exception package through the City of Apopka, to obtain the removal of a 6’ masonry wall requirement, Final Development Plans, a St. Johns River Water Management Department (SJRWMD) Environmental Resource Permit, and Florida Department of environmental Protection water and water waste permits.
One of the ways we provided value for the client was with our coordination and time management when working between the client, architect, and site contractor. Some of the other items involved in the project were: Construction Bid Services, Pre-Construction Meeting with contractor and City of Apopka staff, Construction Administration Services, Record Drawings Based on As-Builts by Others, and Final Construction Certifications (FDEP Water/Wastewater, SJRWMD and City of Apopka).
