Maintaining timely coordination with all parties involved in the permitting and construction of the various projects.
Appian Engineering is the main consulting engineers for the Cornerstone Charter Academy located in the City of Belle Isle. Appian provides Engineering services for a variety of the school’s expansions and amenities including design and permitting of the main campus expansion, Wallace Park recreational/athletic field, Artificial Turf main sports field, and offsite parking areas. Appian continuously assists the school in the planning of all future developments including feasibility analysis and bubble planning.
Permitting services in addition include all permitting services through the various authorities having jurisdiction which includes Orange County, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District and the Florida Department of Transportation.
In addition to all permit acquisitions, Appian provided sub-consultant coordination services and construction administration services during construction to ensure a timely manner of deliverables.
