Local knowledge and proactive coordination with parties having interest were extremely valuable to our client.
Appian Engineering took over as the Engineer of Florida LLC Record for the 5th phase of Waterbrooke, a master-planned development, which Taylor Morrison renamed as Crestview. Appian provided crucial coordination with the homebuilder and all parties involved during the initial permitting of the project, including the original developer, the City of Clermont, and Lake County. Utilizing software for timely coordination, the project progressed smoothly through its duration.
The offsite right-of-way and utility improvements were a particular challenge on this site due to geometric and vertical factors. Ultimately, we met this challenge and ensured that the project moved toward completion successfully.
