Maintaining timely coordination with all parties involved in the permitting and future construction of the project.

Appian Engineering permitted a Final Subdivision Plan for Parkview at the Hills through the City of Minneola, St. Johns River Water Management District, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The project was approved in February of 2019 with phase 1 and 3 being completed by Hanover Land Company LLC, and phase 2 being completed by Beazer Homes. Appian Engineering has just cleared Phase 2 construction of the site and are now beginning phase 3 construction administration.

Once the site design was approved by the City of Minneola, Appian Engineering assisted the client in any construction administration tasks necessary. Client and sub consultant coordination has been key to keeping the project within the projected time scope. All dry utilities coordination and scheduling was handled by our office for phase 2, as well as coordination and scheduling of inspections from City of Minneola Staff.

Phase 2 construction and closeout was just recently completed following Appian providing all necessary record drawings and documentation to City Staff, as well as scheduling all necessary Final Walks and meetings.

Appian Engineering has begun coordination with Hanover Land Company, LLC for phase 3, reviewing shop drawings, and creating the performance bond for the project. Similarly, to phase 2, Appian Engineering will continue to assist the homeowner with construction administration through to project closeout.
